Blazy Susan is a US consumer brand in the smoking accessories category, selling across six digital sales channels: Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and their own WooCommerce store. Their category is heavily policy-restricted on major platforms, so every listing, every image, every product description carries meaningful risk. A single wrong keyword can flag an account, a mismatched category can suppress a listing, and repeated violations can suspend a store entirely.
The brand needed a single operational owner across all six channels: someone who could keep listings live, catalogs consistent, and policy risk under control while the internal team focused on product, marketing, and growth. On top of policy, there was the standard multi-channel operational challenge: SKU alignment, pricing consistency, variant structure that reads correctly on each platform, and product descriptions that respect each marketplace's readability conventions and character limits. Miss one detail on one platform and the listing goes invisible. Miss it consistently and the account gets flagged.

The work broke into four repeating loops.
Listing operations across all six channels. Uploaded and maintained product listings continuously, wrote and adapted product descriptions with platform-specific formatting, monitored suppressed and flagged listings daily, remediated errors before they compounded. Keyword research with Helium 10 and Everbee to optimize titles, tags, and back-end keywords per platform.
Policy compliance as a daily habit. Every listing checked against current platform rules before going live, and again on any change. When platforms updated policies quietly, audited the existing catalog against the new rules and pulled or edited non-compliant listings before the platforms did.
Catalog consistency across channels. SKUs, pricing, variants, and stock aligned across all six platforms from the central catalog. Updates from the internal team propagated cleanly through the marketplaces without drift.
Asset coordination with the internal team. Shared folders organized so product photos, descriptions, and variant assets were reusable across platforms without duplication of effort. New product launches went into a working multi-marketplace infrastructure.
Zero account suspensions over 604 hours and six months.
